EdNinja is an app aimed to deliver first of its kind educational content. All EdNinja content have been designed purely for the students and professionals from Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns of India. A “Made in Bharat” project which intends to educate and elevate the knowledge base and confidence of its users via pre-recorded video sessions on different subjects that will give a quantum competitive advantage and increase their employability quotient by leaps and bounds.
The EdNinja Pre-Recorded Online Sessions will be the ready repository of critically important Life Skills that help increase the employability of students passing out and looking for jobs as well as young professionals who will need to remain employable in their entire professional journey.
EdNinja borrows its philosophy from Ninjas. Ninjas are highly trained warriors. Ninjas can go anywhere and do anything. They focus only results. Ninjas are constantly upgrading themselves to remain lethal and are always one step ahead, as we now call it “ahead of the curve”. Ninjas operate with Speed and Accuracy. In the professional world, every employee, every entrepreneur, every job seeker, every service provider NEEDS to be like a Ninja to remain highly competitive and therefore employable. Therefore we chose to name the brand “EdNinja”.
Ninjas are trained by teachers that are called Sensei in Japanese. These Sensei are usually monks with great wisdom, life experience and humility. Due to their wisdom and knowledge, Sensei can break down complex knowledge into simple, relatable and relevant techniques for the students. The Sensei also ensure that the learning process is enjoyable, and the development happens from the path of self-awareness.
Knowledge is an experience that helps one explore and discover. When we fall in love, we experience a new person, a new world, new feelings, new emotions and begin a journey of self-discovery. Knowledge makes us fall in love. Learning a new instrument and new skill, taking a new journey, discovering a new place, new stories make us fall in love with music, movies, places, food, jobs, etc. But most importantly, knowledge helps us fall in love with ourselves more than we can ever imagine. This is why we have kept the brand positioning line as “Love At First Class”.

India has higher education colleges like mushrooms that are charging lakhs from students. But India’s employability is at 46.2 percent. This means that people passing out with degrees are not getting jobs. The Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in India have people lose out mostly because they do not have the exposure, they get intimidated by English, they start with a handicap. Our aim is to remove that handicap and give them a fair competitive advantage.
Domain expertise can be taught, but without life skills domain expertise is as good as useless. At EdNinja, we trigger the Super-Powers that we all have but don’t realize it.The content and delivery therefore has relatable and relevance as its filters, using the common sense approach.
The language of our content is Hinglish. 90% Hindi, 10% English currently so those who suffer from the language impediment of English, don’t have to worry. We will be launching these courses in other regional languages as we go forward. We have just scratched the surface and we promise you to deliver more and more content that will help you discover and use your “Super Power”.
